Announcing the 2026 Utah County Fair Vocal Competition!
Sing Utah is excited to announce the 2026 County Fair Vocal Competition, giving talented vocalists the chance to perform live at the Utah County Fair, compete for cash prizes, and receive feedback and recognition from accomplished music industry professionals!

Round 1: Video Submission
To enter, contestants will submit a 1–3 minute video of themselves singing one song of their choice.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be age 14 years or older.
Submission Deadline: Friday, June 26th at midnight
Entry Fee: $50, non-refundable
How to Enter: Fill out the official entry form and include a video link from YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, or another accessible platform.
Videos should feature the contestant singing without pitch correction or auto-tuning. Contestants are encouraged to choose a song that best shows off their vocal ability. Pop, soul, R&B, and rock are preferred, but other styles such as classical or jazz are welcome. After you fill out the form, you will be taken to a page to pay the registration fee.
Contestants who advance to Round 2 will be notified by Friday, July 10th.

Round 2: Live Performance at the Utah County Fair
Six finalists will be selected to perform live at the Utah County Fair.
Performance Window: 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
Location: Utah County Fair
Finalists: 6 contestants
Performance Time: Finalists will be notified of their assigned performance time.
Contestants may sing with a backing track, accompany themselves with an instrument, or be accompanied by an instrumentalist. Final-round songs must be no longer than 5 minutes.

1st Place
$600 cash prize
Opening performance slot for a cover band (details TBA)
Consultation with Caleb Chapman, award-winning music educator
2nd Place
$400 cash prize
3rd Place
$200 cash prize
